Since 2011, Cabinet EDE has been responsible for carrying out strategic programs in the field of the faecal sludge sector according to this chronology:
- First the development of the structuring MODEL of the faecal sludge sector in Dakar (2012-2015) then,
- DISSEMINATION in 4 French-speaking African cities (2016-2019),
- SCALING UP in collaboration with a key funder for 4 French-speaking African countries (2017-2020) and,
- COLLABORATION with financial partners and African countries to increase investments in the faecal sludge sector and improve project implementation (2020-2023)
