Senegal has subscribed to the agenda of the International Community for achieving the Millennium Development Goals and specifically for drinking water and sanitation by setting up a national program - PEPAM. The southern and northern regions of the country have the lowest rates of drinking water and sanitation service.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
The objective of this project is to implement sustainable management of the public water and sanitation service in rural areas by developing real social engineering complementary to technical engineering.
